What are your hours of operation?
We are available 24/7. All appointments must be made through the website and paid in full at least one hour in advance. Any additional fees will be charged at drop-off. There is a 1.5x base rate surge price for weekdays, Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–9:00 AM and 4:00 PM–6:00 PM, as well as holidays. Base prices, surge rates, and fees are listed here.
How much notice is required for a transportation request?
Transportation requests can be accepted up to one hour in advance, if schedule availability permits.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made within one hour of the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
What is the wait time policy?
A $15 no-show fee will be charged if the driver arrives on time, waits 15 minutes, and attempts to contact the passenger during that time with no response.
Will you come to my door to pick me up?
Assistance to the vehicle can be provided if requested and noted when scheduling. For airport transportation, we can assist with loading and unloading luggage and, if needed, help with baggage check-in for an additional fee. For medical appointments or surgeries, a flat hourly rate applies when waiting to provide return transportation.
Can I bring a family member or aide?
A family member or aide is encouraged to ride along for medical appointments or surgeries only. For airport rides, please refer to the pricing page for fees related to additional riders or pets.
Does it cost extra to bring a pet?
Yes. If the pet is not an ADA service animal, there is an additional $10 charge. Pets must be in a carrier or on a leash or harness.
Do you provide a wheelchair?
No. The SUV does not provide a wheelchair, but there is space to transport a wheelchair in the back of the vehicle.
